2/ Order processing

• Supplier Verification:
  Verifying our suppliers is one of the key elements of our business. Our reviews are daily, but also global and periodic, in order to closely follow their evolution.
• Checking product references:
  Each reference is verified in our history as well as on our database, where batches identified as non-compliant are listed. We strongly encourage our customers to notify us of non-compliant batches that they themselves have identified. This contributes to securing the market.
• Requirement reviews:
  Each order is subject to a review of the specific and general requirements of our customers. Our organisation and our tools allow us to effectively manage each person’s particularities.
• Monitoring deadlines:
  Our powerful tools allow us to closely monitor the status of each order.
